In 2010, we invested 3 million US dollars to import a set of world advanced polyurethane continuous production lines from Italy. The production capacity of this production line is 3-7 meters per minute, the longest composite panels that can be produced 29m ( any size can be cut as per need), the thickness 50-250mm. The long double track extends the curing and foaming time, ensuring a smoother panels′ surface, and the six-component online foaming is precisely adjustable, which fully guarantees the stability of the sandwich panel production.
